IT'S NOT JUST FARMERS & RANCHERS

It's a family-oriented organization open to all people who care about the state they live in and want to protect its vast agricultural resources. Farm Day is an Ag in the Classroom experience for 3rd graders in Nevada County.
650 student were reached in 2019. They experienced 25 hands on educational activities that taught them about local production of Food, Fiber, Flowers and Forrest.
Our first 5 years were a huge success in thanks to our sponsors, Nevada County Resource Conservation District, Nevada Irrigation District, Bear River and Nevada Union FFA. Farm Day returns in 2022
